Aldo, Mexico, Age 15 (male) Aldo is a B-C student and is always cheerful, friendly, kind, and very organized. He is competitive in bike racing and has won many awards locally and nationally. In his free time Aldo enjoys playing raquetball. He is also interested in basketball, snow sports, soccer and other sports.

Anh, Vietnam, Age 15 (female) Anh is an A+ student and her favorite classes are literature and English. She is a kind, friendly and hardworking girl. Anh enjoys playing basketball, swimming and badminton. She likes to play the organ and watch movies in her free time.

Anja, Germany, Age 16 (female) An A-B student, Anja who loves studying photography. She is an honest, humorous and friendly girl. Anja enjoys reading, music, traveling and cooking. She is also interested in swimming, reading, volleyball, badminton, riding horses, attending concerts, meeting with friends, travel, and cooking and baking.

Baichen, China, Age 16 (female) Baichen goes by Crystal. Crystal is generous, outgoing, optimistic and kind-hearted. An A student, she enjoys playing badminton and going swimming. Crystal’s favorite hobbies are drawing and traveling. She is interested in photography.

Chawalwit, Thailand, Age 15 (male) Chawalwit goes by Mawin. Mawin is an A-B student with advanced English skills. He enjoys doing Thai boxing and playing basketball. Mawin loves music and plays the drums and the guitar. He has a nice personality, is very polite, friendly and humble. He has expressed interest in basketball.

Cheng, China Age 16 (male) Cheng goes by Leo. Leo is an A student that is kind, polite and confident. He likes to stay healthy and enjoys playing volleyball, badminton, swimming and he runs the 400m run. Leo likes to play the guitar, to bicycle, play billiards, put together models, and do calligraphy.

Christian, Denmark, Age 16 (male) Christian is a B-average student with an advanced level of English skills. He is a clever student and is able to be focused and work independently. Christian enjoys playing soccer, listening to music and write his own lyrics. He enjoys family activities, attending concerts, fitness training, and travel.

Daniel, Mexico, Age 17 (male) Daniel is an A student with advanced English skills and his favorite subjects are math and biology. He is a funny, outgoing and spontaneous boy and likes camping, hiking and being out in nature. Daniel likes music and plays the guitar, keyboard and the drums. He appreciates family activities and visiting relatives.

Duong, Vietnam, Age 16 (male) Duong is a friendly and extremely funny boy who loves to make others laugh. Duong exercises every morning either swimming or playing tennis. He likes to play soccer, read, watch tv and search website on the computer. He is an A student and his favorite classes are literature and English.

Eni, Denmark, Age 15 (female) Eni is an A-B student. She is sweet, social, positive and studious. She enjoys playing handball, babysitting and believe it or not--cleaning houses. She is interested in music, walking, snow sports and family activities.

Eva, Denmark, Age 15 (female) Eva is a B-C student. She is responsible, open, mature and trusting and besides speaking English she speaks German fluently. She loves to dance hip hop.

Gesa, Germany, Age 15, (Aug-Jan) (female) Gesa enjoys music and plays the violin, piano, recorder and sings. She is an A student with all excellent marks on her social and language evaluations. She is a happy, cheerful and attentive girl and is an altar server in the Roman Catholic Church. Gesa is also interested in hiking and backpacking, dancing, travel, and snow skiing.

Guillaume, Belgium, Age 17 (male) A happy, relaxed boy, Guillame has a positive attitude and great sense of humor. He says family and health are very important to him. Guillame enjoys playing tennis, video games and reading. Guillaume hopes to become an airplane pilot. He is also interested in soccer, swimming, tennis, snow skiing and traveling.

Jakub, Czech Republic, Age 17 (male) Jakub is an A+ student with advanced English skills and he has all excellent marks on his social and language evaluations. Jakub is very athletic and plays floorball and enjoys skiing, hiking and biking. He has a calm, ambitious and diligent character. Jakub is also interested in art, woodworking, hiking and backpacking, and traveling.

Janine, Germany, Age 16 (female) Janine is a B student. She has an open character, enjoys joking and laughing and is very outgoing. She enjoys playing volleyball, soccer, dancing, horseback riding and shopping.

Julie, Denmark, Age 15 (female) Julie is a B+ student with an advanced level of English skills. She is always well prepared for class and participates actively. Julie enjoys going to the trampoline and tumbling and enjoys swimming. She is a member of the FDF, which is like Girl Scouts. Among her interests are raising animals, hiking and backpacking, riding horses, gymnastics, and painting and drawing.

Lea, Germany, Age 14 (female) Lea is an A-B student and her favorite classes are math, English and PE. She is an open-minded, respectful, diligent and considerate girl. Lea enjoys doing taekwondo, show dance, horseback riding and skiing. She likes music and plays the cross flute and participates in drama club.

Leonard, Germany, Age 15 (male) Leonard is a B student with an open and friendly personality. He enjoys rowing, snowboarding and riding his bike. Leonard also likes music, reading and playing computer games and board games. He is interested in martial arts.

Louisa-Marie, Germany, Age 15 (female) Louisa-Marie is an A-B student that enjoys school. She plays badminton and soccer and loves to dance. Louise-Marie enjoys meeting new people and likes taking her dog for walks.

Lucas, Spain, Age 15 (male) Lucas is a respectful, adaptable, responsible and friendly boy. He is an A-B student and his favorite subject is Math. Lucas loves playing soccer and also plays tennis and basketball.

Maria, Mexico, Age 17 (female) Maria is an A student with all excellent marks on her language and social evaluations. She loves playing basketball, listening to music on her ipod and going to the movies. Maria is mature, serious, kind and a little shy.

Maria del Mar, Spain, Age 14 (female) Mar is an extrovert, an easygoing, cheerful and friendly girl. She loves music and sings in the church choir and is learning to play the guitar. Mar likes to swim, walk, go to the cinema and take photos.

Marketa, Czech Republic, Age 16 (female) Marketa is active and enjoys playing basketball, soccer, swimming and tennis. She likes listening to music, reading and watching movies. She loves spending time with her dog and she is an A student. She is also interested in snow skiing and bicycling.

Melina, Germany, Age 16 (female) Melina is a B-C student and her favorite subjects are English, Spanish and German. She is flexible and spontaneous and very natural. Melina likes fashion, photography and playing basketball.

Monica, Thailand, Age 14 (female) Monica is an A student and loves art, science and the languages of English and Japanese. She belongs to a drawing club and participates in competitions. Monica likes to swim, watch movies and play the piano in her free time. She is interested in basketball.

Nadia, Denmark, Age 15 (female) Nadia is a sweet, loving, thoughtful, sensible girl who is always happy. She enjoys fitness, spinning, zumba and is a black belt in karate. In her free time Nadia enjoys playing the piano, reading and drawing.

Ngoc, Vietnam, Age 16 (male) Ngoc likes music and plays the guitar. He is an A- student and his favorite subjects are computer science and English. He is an active, social and very diligent student with a desire to do well. Ngoc likes playing basketball and likes to skateboard.

Paula, Brazil, Age 15 (female) Paula is a B student with advanced English skills and all excellent marks on her social evaluation. She is open-minded, loves meeting new people, although she's a bit quiet and shy. Paula likes participating in Point Teen Baptist Church Youth Group. Sarah, Denmark, Age 15 (female) Sarah has excellent English skills, speaking with confidence and a great vocabulary. She enjoys making and editing videos. Sarah also enjoys writing, shopping, eating out, watching movies and being with her friends.

Silje, Norway, Age 16 (female) Silje is an A student with excellent English skills. She is a sympathetic, super sweet and intelligent girl. Silje loves to sing, dance and performing in musicals.

Sofia, Denmark, Age 15 (female) Sofia is a B student and her favorite subjects are history and social science. She likes being with her friends going shopping, relaxing and watching TV. Sofia works out in the fitness center at least two times a week. She likes photography and snow skiing.

Son, Vietnam, Age 16 (male) Son is an A-student and he loves Technology and Sciences. He is a calm, curious, talkative and mature boy. He comes from a very artistic family and loves creating different things. Son likes to play table tennis and badminton.

Sophia, Germany, Age 16 (female) Sophia is very friendly, funny and loves to meet new people. She enjoys sports and plays tennis, jogging, volleyball, swimming and surfing. She is a strong student. Thu, Vietnam, Age 14 (female) Thu is independent, friendly and very enthusiastic. She likes to play basketball and go fishing. Thu likes music and plays the piano. She likes to draw and read in her free time. She is an A student.

Vilde, Norway, Age 16 (female) Vilde is an A student with all excellent marks on her social and language evaluations. She comes from a very active family and has many interests. Vilde loves horse riding, orienteering, cross country skiing, biathlons and playing the piano.

Weijian, China, Age 16 (male) Weijian is an A- student and he’s good in math but geography and history are his favorite subjects. He is an honest, polite and cheerful boy, loves sports and plays table tennis.

Weiyu. China, Age 15 (female) Weiyu comes from a family full of love and enjoys spending time with them. She is respectful, strong, self-confident and independent. In sports, Weiyu likes to play badminton and table tennis. She also loves music and plays the electric organ and sings. Weiyuis an A-B student.
