Join us from 9 am until dark for sledding and innertubing, cocoa, ping pong, darts, foosball and more. Those who wish can take an optional van to the Snoqualmie Pass ski slopes. Bring a sack lunch, warm clothes, and if you can a sled, innertube, toboggan or other sliding device. If you wish to ski, bring money for the lift ticket and rental equipment if you need to rent it. (Check details on skiing at Snoqualmie pass on the internet.) If you want to sled at the rope tow at the pass (there is an extra cost) you can ride the ski van to the pass. This event is for all ISE exchange students and their host families. The location is just off I-90, take the Golf Course Road exit near Cle Elum. For specific directions, contact Joy. In case of heavy snow, shuttles will go from the park and ride off the exit to the cabin. 4-wheel drive recommended for the cabin drive. Check pass conditions if coming from Western Washington. If you are one of Joy's students, and would like to spend the night, please let me know ASAP. Spend an hour or two painting a custom ceramic piece! Choose your piece, from statues to plates to ornaments or piggy banks, then paint it however you desire. They will fire it, and a week later, you will have the perfect handcrafted gift for you or your family. Cost $8 plus the cost of whatever item you choose (varies according to item).
